You signed a lease, you turned on the AC, and something smelled. Or one room cools and the other doesn't. Or the electricity bill arrived and it was much higher than you were told to expect. All three have the same cause, and it isn't the unit being old.
Israeli humidity turns the inside of an air conditioner into a greenhouse. Mold and bacteria grow on the cooling coil and in the drain pan within a single season, and the fan then blows that through your apartment every time you switch on. Rinsing the filters — the only thing most people are ever shown — does not touch it.
We are a deep-cleaning specialist, not a general handyman service. It is the only thing we do, and we do it for you in English: an upfront price in shekels, a technician who explains what he found, and payment only once the job is finished.
Clean coils. Healthy air. A system that works like new.
That's all we do.
The same cooling coil, before and after our deep clean.
Three systems, three very different jobs.
The white box on the wall — the most common AC in Israeli apartments.
The hidden system above your ceiling, feeding vents in several rooms.
That sour, musty, locker-room smell when the AC starts up.
Most companies in Israel won't publish a number. Here's ours.

Four steps, all of them in English.
Tell us your city and how many units you have. A photo of the unit helps, but isn't necessary.
We send a firm price in shekels, in writing, before anyone comes to your door.
Usually within 48 hours. 30–45 minutes per split unit. We cover your furniture and floor.
You see the result and the removed dirt first. Only then do you pay. Invoice in English on request.
A large part of our work is for English speakers in central Israel.
You have a system you didn't choose, in an apartment you've just moved into, and no idea when it was last serviced. Usually the answer is "never".
Company-provided apartments in Tel Aviv, Herzliya Pituach and Ra'anana. We invoice properly and can coordinate directly with a relocation manager.
Airbnb and holiday-let owners in Tel Aviv and Netanya. A smelly AC is a review killer. We schedule between guests.
Get the units cleaned between tenancies and document it. Cheaper than a compressor that failed from a blocked coil.
If someone in the house wakes up congested every morning in summer, the AC is the first thing to rule out.

We would rather cite research than make claims. These are the figures behind what we do.
A dirty condenser coil can increase compressor energy consumption by up to 30 percent.
U.S. Department of Energy, cited in Buildings, "Clean HVAC System Coils Save Energy"As little as 0.042 inches (about 1 mm) of fouling on a coil has been measured to cut system efficiency by 21 percent.
U.S. EPA study, as reported in HVAC industry literatureIndoor levels of common organic pollutants run two to five times higher than outdoors — and occasionally more than 100 times higher.
U.S. EPA, "The Inside Story: A Guide to Indoor Air Quality"People spend roughly 90 percent of their time indoors, which is where the air an air conditioner circulates actually matters.
U.S. EPA, Report on the Environment: Indoor Air QualityCoil fouling and its energy cost is a documented research area — see also Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, "Dirty air conditioners: Energy implications of coil fouling." Figures above are from United States agencies; Israeli conditions, with higher year-round humidity than most of the US, are generally harder on equipment rather than easier.
Send us a photo of your unit on WhatsApp. We'll tell you what it is, what it needs, and what it costs — before you commit to anything.

A split (wall) unit starts at ₪350. Two units ₪499, three units ₪749. A mini-central system starts at ₪450, and duct cleaning at ₪249 per duct. You get the exact figure in writing before we come.
In most Israeli leases, routine cleaning and filter maintenance sit with the tenant, while repairs and replacing the unit sit with the landlord. Check the wording of your contract. If the unit is visibly neglected from before you moved in, it's reasonable to ask the landlord to cover the first clean — many do.
If you have vents in the ceiling in several rooms rather than a white box on the wall, you have a mini-central (מיני מרכזי). The machine sits hidden above a bulkhead ceiling and pushes air through ducts. It's far more common in newer Israeli builds, it's more expensive to clean, and it's where mold problems are worst — because you can't see inside it. More on mini-central cleaning →
Mold and bacteria on the cooling coil, in the drain pan, or inside the ducts. Israeli summer humidity makes this happen fast. It never goes away on its own and it gets worse each season. One proper deep clean with disinfection removes it in almost every case.
Once a year, before summer (April–May), is the baseline. Every six months if you're on the coast, have small children, allergies or pets, or run the AC year-round. Israel is much harder on air conditioners than most countries English speakers move from.
Yes. A blocked coil forces the unit to run 20–30% longer to reach the same temperature. Most customers see it on the next Chevrat Hashmal bill. On a household running AC all summer, the clean often pays for itself in one season.
No. Plenty of customers leave a key with a neighbour or the va'ad bayit. A split unit takes 30–45 minutes; two units usually under an hour and a quarter. We'll send you photos of the before and after either way.
