Ra'anana has one of the largest English-speaking populations in Israel, and a housing stock that splits neatly in two: older villas and garden apartments with four or five split units each, and newer builds with mini-central systems above the ceiling.
Ra'anana →Kfar Saba has a substantial Anglo community, much of it in family homes with multiple bedrooms and therefore multiple AC units.
Kfar Saba →Netanya combines a large English- and French-speaking population with a seafront location, which is a demanding pair of conditions for an air conditioner.
Netanya →Modi'in is almost entirely modern construction, which in practice means almost entirely mini-central systems — ceiling vents in every room and the machine hidden above a bulkhead in a hallway or a bathroom.
Modi'in →Ramat Gan runs from old low-rise blocks near Bialik to new towers in the Bursa district, and the AC systems track that split exactly — ageing wall units in one, mini-central and VRF in the other.
Ramat Gan →Ramat Hasharon is mostly private houses and low-density garden apartments, which means high unit counts — five, six or eight air conditioners in a single home is entirely normal here.
Ramat Hasharon →We serve these too — the pages above are simply where most of our English-speaking customers are.
